User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Flivee Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Flivee app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you within the App or via email, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically, and continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. If you are under the age of 17, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including your password.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
5. User Content
If the App allows you to submit or share content (e.g., text, images, videos), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting your content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App and its services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you agree not to post content that:
• Violates any intellectual property rights.
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• Contains harmful malware or viruses.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
6. Privacy and Data Collection

7. Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flivee Team will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for using the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flivee Team and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the competent courts of local.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version in the App or on our website, and the new terms will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any changes.
